The village Wagrain is nestled between the valleys Flachau and St. Johann / Pongau and offers due to its location a soothing snow in winter.
The chalet itself is centrally located on the slightly higher Kirchboden. The excellent location has its own car parking, a direct connection to public transport (Postbusanbindung) and a grocery store next door.
In winter, the valley stations Grafenbergbahn and Flying Mozart can be easily reached in minutes with a free ski bus stopping in front of the house. The center of Wagrain can be reached on foot via the old Kirchbodenstrasse in a few minutes.
