The Swiss pine (botanical name: Pinus cembra) is also called the “Queen of the Alps” was named Tree of the Year in 2011. The wood of this tree that is growing high up in the mountains contains Swiss stone pine oil. This natural oil smells wonderful, has a relaxing, soothing effect and strengthens body and soul.
